Yeah! Three More Blocks...

So happy to share three more completed blocks...seems like forever since I could say that. So until we get #25 (tomorrow??) I only have 2 more blocks to do!

Wishing I would have balanced the cherry clusters better, but pretty much followed the pattern placement. They are staying put!

Happy stitching everyone.

  1. They are beautiful. I did some prep work so I'm back at my BTCT, I love your flower pot and cherry clusters. SO pretty.

  2. They look great! I've noticed a lot of the old time red and green or Baltimore blocks have this sort of folk art not-quite-balanced thing. It looks great!

  4. Cherries don't grow in even clusters. Neither do grapes. I like the way yours look! Your blocks look really nice.

  5. All three are gorgeous. Do you work on more than one block at a time? I am not so sure I would want to work on that many cherries at once. The borders will be bad enough.

  6. Thank you for the sweet comments...being part of this group has been such a plus - the tips and support have been wonderful...I hate to see this come to and end.

To Mimi - no- I have been doing one block at a time - it looks like the cherries in the borders are fairly consistent in size and a little larger than some of the blocks which should make it easier to remove the little circle templates...I hope! :o)

  7. Pat, your blocks are beautiful! I can't wait to get them all done myself. But now I'm confoozed... Block #25? Are you teasing, or have I been working too much and missed something? I thought I had all the blocks, and my link to where I collected them doesn't work any more. :-(

There is just one final block and then one more side of the border. (25 blocks and 4 sides)
