I like purple so think you chose an awesome fabric for the pot. Is the flower printed on it? I like the yellow buds (Lori used yellow, too) because it looks like lemon trees and I've always loved lemon trees. I wish I could grow one here - and leave it outside in the winter.
I think it was a good idea to introduce some purple. There is purple dotted around in the original quilt and it will fit in nicely. Also, I like the fabric you chose. It's a really pretty block you composed.

ReplyDeleteOhhhh, ahhhh, great choice for the pot. I'm going to try to introduce some purples into some of the flowers along the way.
