It has been absolute ages since you heard from me! I have been busy with other stuff, but finally had the time to finish this block. I did not add the bird. Decided it did not need it. Might change my mind somewhere down the line. The picture looks a little crooked, but that is just the way I held the camera! Onto the next one soon......Wendy
I love it. Seeing the grapes and cherries in the same block really looks nice. You've even got all your embroidery done, I'm leaving mine to the end. I might regret it, but oh well. I'm still on block 10 or 11.
ReplyDeleteI love this one....so wonderfully folky!!
ReplyDeleteI thought mine was done but after seeing yrous I forgot to applique the ribbon on the top of the urn.
ReplyDeleteTerrific block!!
What a fun block - love all your fabric colors together.
ReplyDeleteI haven't made 21 yet but completely missed the ribbon on the top of the pot when I looked at the pattern. Now I'll be sure to do that part. I love your fabric choices in this one. When I get all my outside work finally finished, I'll be able to get back to the quilt. I can't wait - quilting is so much more pleasant than yard work and painting.
ReplyDeleteI love that this block is a colorful one. Your block turned out beautiful.
