Yes, I'm still working on BTCT. It's been a while since I posted because I have been distracted by other less worthy projects, but here is my Block #22
Now I am only 16 behind! I have blocks #16 and #8 almost complete. By my calculations, since I started sewing when #12 was published, I am really only 2 behind, but anyway who's counting?
BTW, with 94 followers to this group blog there must be lots of lurkers and closet BTCT quilts around...but who's counting?
Or some who hadn't the courage to join in but love to admire from a distance! Heehee!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute block I love the little flowers - it also looks quite quick - maybe I'll prep the block for my train trip to the Festival of Quilts in Birmingham, England next week.
ReplyDeleteGreat block Liz!!
ReplyDeleteAnother sweet finish!
ReplyDeleteLiking your mindset about catching up - I didn't jump in on day one either so only must be a couple behind too:o)
I like this block, both the look and the ease of it. And the green on the very upper left bud - I LOVE it! Can you tell me what fabric it is?
ReplyDeleteVery sweet block, I am really enjoying all the different fabrics that everyone is using. You've got a great selection going on in this block.
ReplyDeleteI'm so far behind I'm just a creeper!!
ReplyDeleteAfter a gentle nudge from Sharon, I now realise that I can't count at all. There are 25(!) blocks, not 24. Oh well, greater opportunity for me to catch up.
ReplyDeleteMary, that fabric is an oldie but a goodie. At least 10 years old. It's from a fat quarter without the information on the edge, so I can't tell you the range. If I come across it, I will email and let you know. Sorry.
Thanks for looking, Liz. I have some favorites like that, too. It works so well here.
ReplyDeleteI think your block is beautiful.
